Our refund terms for digital products and services.

1. Overview

Freistyle AI sells digital products (prompt packs, guides, ebooks), paid AI assessment reports, and AI services. We also offer free AI tools at no cost. This Refund Policy covers all paid products and services. Free tools require no payment and therefore no refund applies.

2. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

All digital products sold by Freistyle AI (prompt packs, guides, ebooks, courses) are delivered electronically as instant downloads (PDF files, digital guides) or digital access. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded.

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" after delivery. Once you have received or downloaded the product, you retain permanent access to the content regardless of a refund request.

3. Paid AI Assessment Reports

Paid reports are digital products generated as PDF files in your web browser based on your quiz results. Because these reports are generated instantly upon purchase and contain personalized content specific to your assessment, all paid report sales are final once the report has been generated or the checkout has been completed.

The report content is based on the answers you provided in the free quiz. We do not guarantee that following the report's recommendations will produce specific business results. The report is for informational and planning purposes only.

4. Free AI Tools

Our free AI assessment tools are provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies. You may use these tools as many times as you like at no charge.

5. AI Services (Consulting, Implementation)

For any paid AI services (consulting, automation setup, custom implementation) offered in the future, refund terms will be specified in the individual service agreement or statement of work at the time of purchase. If no specific terms are provided, this general Refund Policy applies.

6. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product. Contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge.
  • Product not delivered: You completed a purchase but did not receive the product (download link or access) and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours of your report.
  • Materially different product: The product delivered is substantially and materially different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refund requests for the above reasons must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

7. When We Will NOT Issue a Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You did not read the product or report description before purchasing.
  • You found the content did not meet your personal or subjective expectations.
  • You found similar or free content elsewhere after purchasing.
  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product or report.
  • You are unable to use the product due to incompatibility with your software or device.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You are dissatisfied with AI assessment results or recommendations (these are based on the answers you provided and industry benchmarks, not guarantees).
  • You claim you did not authorize the purchase.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 6 above, contact us at:

Please include: your full name, the email address used for the purchase, your order number or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

9. Chargebacks

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. If you have a legitimate concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

Filing a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback is considered abuse and may result in:

  • Permanent ban from purchasing any Freistyle AI products or services.
  • Revocation of access to any previously purchased products.
  • Reporting to Lemon Squeezy's fraud prevention system.
